Mr. Phix a Wilmington based cell phone and pc repair company has leased a location in Ogden Town Center. They plan to start renovations and open this fall in suite 3. Mr. Phix marks their third location and third opening with ECCRE Representing the Tenant.

Mr. Phix is also located on South College Road, just shy of the oleander drive intersection as well as in the Beau Rivage Marketplace on Carolina Beach Road.
